Come work with the best! *JOB DESCRIPTION* *Job title* Production Manager *Job summary* This position reports to the Collision Centre Manager. This position is responsible for overseeing all submitting of Supplement Estimates and Finals for many different insurance companies. *Primary Responsibilities* * Oversee all submitting of Supplement Estimates and Finals for many different insurance companies. * Monitor progress of repairs to ensure on-time completion. * Conduct quality inspections throughout the repair process to minimize rework. * Ensure sure all submitted supplements and finals are within guidelines and complete. * Handle production management, required supplements and file closing. * Supervise and motivate bodyshop technicians, painters, and support staff. * Enforce adherence to health and safety regulations in the bodyshop. * *Skills and Qualifications* * Experience in Mitchell, Audatex, Repair Center, E-Claim and Connect are imperative. * Experience in Computers; Office, Emails, photos and being computer savvy is required. * Experience in Reynolds & Reynolds would be an asset * Class 5 Drivers License (Required) Class 5 Drivers License (Required) Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Flexible language requirement: * French not required Schedule: * 8 hour shift * Monday to Friday Experience: * Bodyshop production management: 1 year (preferred) * Dealership: 1 year (preferred) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
