Manitou Springs Resort and Mineral Spa is an award winning Resort in the heart of the prairies and right beside a beautiful lake. We are looking for a new team member who is passionate about delivering an excellent guest service. * Greeting and seating customers. * Taking, confirming orders and relaying to the kitchen. * Serving food and alcohol. * Busing, cleaning, and resetting tables * Answering phone calls * Placing to-go orders and room service. * Preparing bill and processing payment * Cleaning duties such as stocking, sanitizing, sweeping floors, washing dishes * Reconciling daily cash transactions *Requirements* * Serving experience 1 year * Serve it Right Certificate * Able to work in a fast peace environment. * Able to work *Summary* As a Food and Beverage Server, you will be essential in delivering outstanding customer service and enhancing the overall dining experience for our patrons. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, your primary responsibilities will include taking orders, serving food and beverages, and ensuring a clean and welcoming environment. Your core skills in serving and customer interaction, combined with your premium experience in the food industry, will enable you to effectively meet guest needs. Additionally, your relevant skills in food safety and preparation will support our commitment to high-quality service and satisfaction. Join us in creating memorable dining moments for our guests.
