Job details
Education: College, CEGEP or other non-university certificate or diploma from a program of 3 months to less than 1 year. Business/commerce, general. Accounting and business/management. General sales, merchandising and related marketing operations, other. or equivalent experience. Tasks: Assign sales workers to duties. Hire and train or arrange for training of staff. Establish work schedules. Sell merchandise. Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints and supply shortages. Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers. Experience: Will train. Support for newcomers and refugees: Supports newcomers and/or refugees with foreign credential recognition. Provides diversity and cross-cultural trainings to create a welcoming work environment for newcomers and/or refugees . Does not require Canadian work experience. Support for Indigenous people: Offers mentorship, coaching and/or networking opportunities for Indigenous workers . Develops and maintains relationships with indigenous communities, indigenous-owned businesses and organizations .- Location1485 Elgin Mills Rd ERichmond Hill, ONL4S 1M8
