Our schools are teaching communities where principals, vice-principals, teachers and support staff nurture student well-being and challenge students to achieve their best.<p> <p> We are seeking creative, dynamic, and committed teachers to join our team at Elmdale Public School . <p> <p>Elmdale Public School was built in 1928 and recently underwent many renovations to update our building. It derives its name from the abundant and attractive tree growth once prevalent on the school grounds. Elmdale Public School has a talented and caring staff of 40 members, whose specialties include French as a Second Language, Special Education, Reading and Music. The staff includes a mix of seasoned and new professionals who all work together on a variety of committees to promote student achievement and enhance school life . <p> <p> Ideal candidates will support the fulfillment of the Ottawa-Carleton District School Board?s (OCDSB) Strategic Plan to enhance the quality of education in the school, and the District, by creating a positive and inclusive school climate, learning and workplace environment.
