We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Office Administrator to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in ensuring smooth office operations, providing administrative support to our team, and maintaining excellent client relations.Key
*Responsibilities:*
? Manage day-to-day office operations, including scheduling, filing, and correspondence.
? Handle incoming calls and emails, providing professional and courteous assistance to clients and vendors.
? Prepare and process invoices, purchase orders, and work orders.
? Maintain accurate records of projects, contracts, and financial transactions.
? Assist with payroll processing and employee time tracking.
? Coordinate with field teams to ensure timely completion of projects and communication of updates.
? Order and maintain office supplies and equipment.
? Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations
? Support project managers with documentation, permits, and scheduling as needed.
*Qualifications: *
? Proven experience in office administration, preferably in construction or electrical contracting.
? Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
? Familiarity with accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks) and project management tools is a plus.
? Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
? Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
? Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
? High school diploma or equivalent
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $22.00-$25.00 per hour
Expected hours: 10 ? 20 per week
