As we start to expand our online presence, we are looking for an experienced E-Commerce Product Manager to lead our digital product strategies.
*Job Summary:*
The E-Commerce Product Manager will drive the growth and management of Bosda?s online automotive parts catalog, ensuring a seamless and customer-focused experience. This role will collaborate with our product development, marketing, and sales teams to optimize new product development, digital cataloging, and e-commerce marketing channels.
*Key Responsibilities:*
* *E-Commerce Strategy*: Lead the development and execution of Bosda?s e-commerce product strategy, ensuring our product offerings meet market demand and align with business goals.
* *Product Listings Optimization*: Oversee and improve product listings, including detailed specifications, high-quality images, and optimized descriptions to enhance SEO and conversion rates.
* *Data-Driven Management*: Use web analytics (Google Analytics, etc.) to track product performance, customer behavior, and sales trends, leveraging data to drive decisions and enhance the customer journey.
* *Cross-Department Collaboration*: Work closely with marketing, sales, and IT teams to coordinate e-commerce promotions, site updates, and improvements.
* *Inventory Coordination*: Collaborate with supply chain and operations to manage inventory levels, product availability, and timely promotions, ensuring synchronization with warehouse stock in Toronto and Henderson.
* *Market Research & Competitive Analysis*: Stay informed about automotive aftermarket trends, industry developments, and competitors, adjusting strategies as necessary to stay competitive.
* *Customer Feedback Integration*: Monitor customer reviews and feedback, working closely with customer service and the product development team to address issues and improve the overall shopping experience.
* *Platform Management*: Maintain and enhance the e-commerce platform, working with developers and IT teams to implement necessary updates and features.
*Requirements:*
* Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Product Management, or a related field
* *3-5+ years* of experience in e-commerce product management, ideally within the automotive or aftermarket parts industry
* Proven experience with e-commerce platforms and product management tools
* Strong knowledge of SEO, digital marketing, and site optimization strategies
* Excellent analytical skills and experience with web analytics tools (Google Analytics, etc.)
* Ability to manage cross-functional teams and work in a fast-paced environment
* Familiarity with the automotive parts industry, particularly wheel hubs and bearings, is a plus
* Excellent communication and project management skills

Pay: From $50,000.00 per year
