THE SITUATION:
With supplier partners like, Bell Canada, Motorola Solutions, Avtec and L3Harris; FWC is positioned to provide a full suite of custom communication solutions like carrier/cellular with Bell Mobility to private R.F. or LTE networks designed by in house engineers and implemented with equipment from the industries very best.
FWC is seeking an Account Manager with experience in Two-Way Radio Communications to team with internal and partner resources to effectively cultivate new customer relationships and drive net new business in prospective accounts.
WHAT YOU WILL DO
· Manage prospecting and sales activities with a focus on new business generation.
· Develop close plans for targeted medium and large sized opportunities.
· Develop relationships with existing customer accounts and new prospects.
· Develop existing account growth strategies.
· Lead sales presentations at end-user locations.
· Execute growth plans to achieve sales targets.
· Update and manage pipeline forecasts.
· Coordinate sales activities with other field sales reps, managers and engineers.
· Perform other duties and projects as assigned.
WHO WE ARE LOOKING FOR
· 5+ years of Enterprise or 2+ years of Two-Way Radio sales experience in similar space/accounts with proven track record in:
· Being self driven and highly motivated
· Pursuing net new clients, developing business and networking with passion
· Developing deep customer relationships
· Creating strong business relationships
· Negotiating large enterprise deals
· Background in successfully selling communication solutions is an asset
· Requires the ability to work independently with substantial latitude for action and decision while maintaining focus on achieving optimal outcomes as part of a collaborative development effort
· Strong communication, interpersonal, time management and organizational skills
· Must be able to travel within Ontario
