<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div>We are currently looking for Commercial/Multi-Residential cleaners who have at least 1 year of commercial cleaning experience for our Ottawa client. Day shift, with at least 20 hours of work per week.<br><br><strong>Job Responsibilities</strong><br /><ul><li>Clean, sanitize, and perform duties, including but not limited to: routine, deep and touch up cleaning, and maintenance of common space, hallways, stairways, laundry room, gym area and office space</li><li>Clean and disinfect high-touch surfaces</li><li>Clean office space (cupboards, refrigerator, countertops, and other appliances), and bathroom facilities</li><li>Empty garbage and recycle as required</li><li>Check that supplies are adequate in washrooms</li></ul><strong>Must-Haves to Be Considered:</strong><br /><ul><li>Available to work Monday to Friday (8:00 am to 4:30 pm) and weekends as necessary.</li><li>Good verbal communication skills</li><li>Mobile phone with internet access and iOS 14+ or Android 7+ versions.</li><li>Have 1 year of commercial cleaning experience</li><li>Willing to work as a Contractor (You can be a professional cleaner willing to work as an independent contractor OR a Cleaning Business Owner who has a Registered business in Canada/Ontario)</li><li>Ability to work independently without direct supervision</li><li>Willing to undergo a criminal background check</li><li>Be reliable, professional, and be on time and attention to detail</li></ul><strong>How the contract will be assigned</strong><br /><ul><li>Only experienced cleaning professionals can be called by our operations team</li><li>A contract will be assigned to you</li></ul><strong>How you will get paid</strong><br /><ul><li>Perform service(s) as booked on a Mon-Sun cycle</li><li>The mid-following week you will be sent an invoice draft for you to confirm</li><li>Payment is done by direct deposit each Friday for the prior week</li></ul><strong>Why cleaners love iRestify:</strong><br /><ul><li>Competitive rates</li><li>Flexible schedule (Accept services based on your availability)</li><li>Weekly payment</li><li>Opportunity to grow your business.
