Education: Other trades certificate or diploma. Tasks: Contact contractors for repairs and maintenance of the establishment. Perform minor repairs on appliances. Perform safety and security checks. Show apartments and offices to prospective tenants. Move heavy furniture, equipment and supplies. Work with minimal supervision. Resolve itinerary and other problems.
