Our Children & Youth with Support Needs (CYSN) Program focuses on enhancing life skills, social skills and emotional regulation by facilitating activities that foster these abilities in a natural and fun way. The CYSN Worker will work with individuals and groups to build and enhance these skills. ACCOUNTABILITIES · Develop and implements short-term, issue-specific intervention plans within program guidelines in consultation with the supervisor. · Plan, prepare and facilitate group and/or individual sessions using techniques such as active listening, conflict resolution, basic group counselling methods to help resolve identified problems, needs and risks. · Provide skill building in areas such as life skills, anger management or self-management techniques.- LocationMaple Ridge, BC
