*Job Summary*
We are seeking a dedicated and skilled Maintenance Planner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance planning process, ensuring that all maintenance activities are efficiently scheduled and executed. This role requires a strong background in industrial maintenance, project management, and leadership skills to effectively manage resources and maintain equipment reliability.
*Responsibilities*
* Develop and manage maintenance schedules using Computerized Maintenance Management Systems (CMMS) to ensure timely completion of tasks.
* Supervise maintenance personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure high-quality work standards.
* Collaborate with engineering teams to interpret schematics and develop maintenance strategies for low voltage systems and logic controllers.
* Conduct regular assessments of equipment performance and reliability to identify areas for improvement.
* Coordinate with various departments to prioritize maintenance activities based on production needs.
* Lead project management efforts for maintenance-related projects, ensuring they are completed on time and within scope.
* Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including work orders, parts used, and labor hours.
*Qualifications*
* Proven experience in industrial maintenance with a strong understanding of mechanical systems.
* Demonstrated ability to manage teams effectively, fostering a collaborative work environment.
* Proficient in using CMMS software for planning and tracking maintenance activities.
* Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and guide team members.
* Familiarity with low voltage systems, schematics, and logic controllers is highly desirable.
* Excellent problem-solving skills with a logical approach to troubleshooting equipment issues.
* Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
This position is essential for maintaining operational efficiency within our facility, making it crucial for candidates to possess both technical expertise and strong leadership capabilities.
