*Job Overview* We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Consultant to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for engaging with customers, understanding their needs, and providing tailored solutions to enhance their experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong sales skills, exceptional phone etiquette, and a passion for customer service. *Duties* * Engage with customers through various channels, including phone and in-person interactions. * Conduct outside sales activities to generate new business opportunities. * Utilize upselling techniques to maximize sales potential and enhance customer satisfaction. * Provide sales support by assisting customers with product inquiries and guiding them through the purchasing process. * Maintain organized records of customer interactions and sales activities. * Collaborate with the sales management team to develop effective strategies for market penetration. * Stay informed about industry trends and dealership offerings to provide knowledgeable recommendations. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in sales, preferably in a dealership or related environment. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. * Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal communication skills. * Experience in outside sales is a plus. * Familiarity with upselling techniques and sales management practices. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team focused on achieving common goals.
