*Job Summary* Cochrane Dodge is currently looking to add an experienced Sales Associate to its team. We run a small floor up (currently 5), with lots of customers to go around. If you are looking for a modern, friendlier environment to build your career and earn a steady living without competing in the ?shark tank? of large dealerships, then Cochrane Dodge may be the place for you. *What we offer:* - An extremely competitive commission structure to our top performers. - Spiffs on all parts sales. - Spiffs on all finance office products. - Low lot PAC to maximize your earnings. - Yearend bonuses. - Benefits after 90 Days. - 2 weeks Vacation, increasing to 3 weeks after 2 years of employment. - Sales leads from the internet department, phone calls and walk-in customers. - New/used/fleet product all available for you to sell. - Set, consistent scheduling so you can manage your life outside of work. - 2 scheduled days off per week. - An Early, 6 PM closing time, and shift work to make sure you don?t always work evenings. - Encouragement to come in off shift to earn more business. - Your own- NOT shared office space. - Information on rebates/specials- Truly an open-door policy. *What we need from you:* - Successful automotive sales experience. - A proven track record. - A customer base. - A friendly attitude. - A reliable work ethic. - Class 5 driver?s license. - Ability to prospect to increase business to the dealership. - Ability to work with the sales team to help each other out when needed. - Willing to work hard and have your pay reflect your hard work. *And lastly:* A $3000 signing bonus after 150 Days of successful employment with Cochrane Dodge.
