*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Steel Rule Die Maker to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Steel Rule Die making, with the ability to use CNC equipment. This role is crucial in producing high-quality Steel Rule Dies that meet precise specifications for our production processes. *Responsibilities* * Fabricate and assemble precision Steel Rule Dies and fixtures according to customer specifications. * Operate automatic bending machines, grinders, welding, and other CNC equipment to create Steel Rule Dies. * Conduct regular maintenance on tools and machinery to ensure optimal performance. * Collaborate with programmers and management to improve designs and manufacturing processes. * Maintain a clean and organized work environment while adhering to safety protocols. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with hands-on experience in the Die making processes. * Experience operating CNC machinery. * Ability to program CNC equipment effectively for diverse applications. * Familiarity with fabrication techniques and assembly processes. * Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail in all tasks performed.
