*Key Responsibilities*
*Sales Activities*
* Meet and exceed sales KPIs and revenue goals.
* Qualify leads and convert them into long-term business partnerships.
* Identify customers? unique product requirements and collaborate with our engineering team to develop tailored solutions.
* Prepare and present detailed technical proposals, quotes, and product demonstrations to potential clients.
* Negotiate contracts and terms with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
* Conduct follow-ups, schedule meetings, make calls, and maintain accurate records of all activities using CRM software.
* Coordinate with the Customer Success team to facilitate Factory Acceptance Tests (FAT) for customers onsite.
*Marketing and Market Development*
* Identify new business opportunities and develop strategic relationships with packaging manufacturing design firms, equipment distributors, system integrators, and industrial automation OEMs.
* Conduct in-depth research to identify emerging trends and new markets within VFFS machinery and packaging.
* Provide valuable market feedback to guide product development and innovation.
*Technical Support*
* Conduct technical product demonstrations to showcase product capabilities.
* Offer engineering solutions to resolve complex manufacturing challenges.
* Interpret and explain technical drawings and specifications to clients.
* Collaborate with internal engineering and production teams to ensure seamless solution delivery.
*Building Business Relationships*
* Serve as the primary technical point of contact for key clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction through clear communication and timely delivery.
* Foster strong relationships with prospective and existing clients through personalized engagement and technical insights.
* Provide ongoing support and maintain open communication with clients.
* Represent the company at trade shows, building strong relationships with attendees.
*Required Qualifications*
* Bachelor?s degree in Engineering (Mechanical preferred).
* 3-5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related technical role in machinery automation or bagging machine manufacturing.
* Strong technical knowledge and hands-on experience in machinery automation or related fields.
* Ability to explain complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical audiences.
* Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
* Valid driver?s license and willingness to travel (20-30% of the time).
*Preferred Qualifications*
* Experience with VFFS (Vertical Form Fill Seal) equipment and the packaging industry.
* Proven track record of achieving sales targets in a technical environment.
* Strong analytical, problem-solving, and strategic thinking skills.
