Foremost has an immediate opening for full- time *Journeyman welders* located at our facility in *Calgary, Alberta* for the DAY shift. This position includes, but is not limited to production welding, service & repair welding, prototype building, tank and fitter welding. This position will work with Lead Hands, Charge Hands and Foremen to ensure continuous improvements using FMAW, GMAW, FCAW and semi-automatic welding processes. *Responsibilities:* * Works without direction to most complicated drawings, sketches, etc., and/or verbal instruction. * Lays out fits and/or welds any major or minor fabrication assemblies for any vehicle or rig or part thereof. * Operates any and all of the weld shop equipment as required. * Assists less experienced personnel with work methods, work habits and performance. * Performs other tasks related to his/her classification. *Qualifications:* * *Must be a qualified licensed tradesman in the Province of Alberta.* * CWB tickets an asset * Must have fitting experience * Maintains a set of tools to perform welding functions * Safety Training an asset but will train as required Foremost is a large and diverse mobile equipment manufacturer.
