Education: No degree, certificate or diploma. Work site environment: Outdoors. At heights. Confined spaces. Dangerous. Dusty. Work setting: Remote location. Various locations. Tasks: Load, unload and transport construction materials. Erect and dismantle concrete forms, scaffolding, ramps, catwalks shoring and barricades. Mix, pour and spread materials such as concrete and asphalt. Assist in framing houses, erecting walls and building roofs. Clean and pile salvaged materials. Remove rubble and other debris at construction sites. Direct traffic at or near construction sites. Certificates, licences, memberships, and courses : Aerial lift and aerial work platform Certification. Air Brake (Z) Endorsement. Personal protective equipment (PPE) training. Traffic Control Person (TCP) Certification. Workplace Hazardous Materials Information System (WHMIS) Certificate. First Aid Certificate. Fall Arrest Protection Training Course. Equipment and machinery experience: Circular saws. Concrete saws. Mortar and concrete mixers. Jackhammers. Air compressors. Air guns. Nail guns. Drills. Trampers (Jumping Jack). Compactor. Sledgehammer. Construction specialization: Industrial, commercial and institutional. Residential. Security and safety: Criminal record check. Driving record check (abstract).
