About the job If you are a positive, motivated, high-energy person with experience in sales looking to grow your career with a rapidly expanding marketing agency, we have a great job for you. This role will be pivotal in driving sales growth and managing key accounts within the traditional and digital marketing space. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in sales and the ability to cultivate strong relationships with accounts. Responsibilities: ? Ensure consistent hunting/prospecting to net new businesses by leveraging best-practice strategies in order to exceed individual sales quota ? Account management with an outcome of increased customer satisfaction and an increase in retention and account growth ? Visits customers to develop trusted advisor relationships with key accounts ? Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company growth objectives ? Monitor sales performance metrics and provide accurate forecasts to senior management Requirements: ? Strong negotiation skills with the ability to close large deals and achieve sales targets ? Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively convey technical information ?
