*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled Home Automation Technician to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting automated systems ( Crestron, Control4) and equipment. This role requires a strong understanding of low voltage systems, mechanical knowledge, and the ability to read and interpret schematics. The Automation Technician will play a crucial role in ensuring operational efficiency and reliability of our automation processes. *Responsibilities* * Install Maintain and repair home automation devices to ensure optimal performance. * Detect and troubleshoot issues in home automation systems. * Collaborate with design teams to implement improvements in home automation processes. * Provide exceptional customer service by addressing technical inquiries and concerns. * Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance on automated equipment. * Document all maintenance activities and repairs performed on equipment. *Skills* * Proficient in low voltage electrical systems and components. * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to understand complex AV systems. * Familiarity with logic controllers and their programming is essential. * Ability to read and interpret technical schematics and blueprints. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a keen attention to detail. * Strong communication skills, particularly in customer service interactions.
