*Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Refrigeration Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong mechanical aptitude and a comprehensive understanding of HVACR systems. This role involves installing, maintaining, and repairing HVACR systems in residential and commercial settings. The technician will be responsible for ensuring optimal performance and efficiency of HVACR units while adhering to safety standards. *Duties* * Install new air conditioning /heating systems, ensuring proper setup and functionality. * Conduct routine maintenance checks on existing HVAC units to ensure they operate efficiently. * Diagnose and troubleshoot issues with heating and air conditioning systems, providing effective solutions for repairs. * Repair or replace faulty components such as compressors, fans, and thermostats. * Weld and plumb as necessary to facilitate installations or repairs. * Read and interpret schematics to understand system layouts and troubleshoot effectively. * Maintain accurate records of service performed and parts used during repairs. * Communicate with clients regarding service needs, recommendations, and system performance. *Skills* * Strong mechanical knowledge with the ability to work on various HVACR systems. * Proficiency in appliance repair techniques related to air conditioning/heating units. * Familiarity with plumbing principles as they relate to HVAC systems. * Capability to read and understand schematics for effective troubleshooting. * Excellent problem-solving skills with a focus on customer satisfaction. * Strong attention to detail in both installation and repair tasks. *Requirements: * *Candidate must hold a valid gas license (G1) * *313A License * *OBT-2* Commercial/ Residential and Industrial Experience ideal Marshall Mechanical Ltd.
