*Position Requirements:* * Field inspection and testing of concrete. * Field testing to include sampling and coring of concrete. * Thermocouple temperature monitoring, installation and data collection. * Assist in proper care, control and maintenance of the testing equipment. * Follow all company and regulatory safety policies and procedures. * Complete field inspection reports and pour summaries as per company policies and/or contract requirements and advise supervisors plus site staff of any non-conformances and deviations. * Perform other duties as instructed. *Let?s talk about qualifications and requirements.* * Post-secondary education in a 2- or 3-year college program such as Civil / Construction Engineering or equivalent program is an asset but not required. * CCIL or ACI concrete certification is prefer * Must have a minimum of 3 years concrete testing experience on commercial, industrial or road building projects within Canada. * Able to use and maintain hand and power tools. * Must have a valid G (or equivalent) driver?s license and clean driver?s abstract * Able to perform heavy lifting >25kg. * Able to work in a fast-paced environment in a variety of weather conditions. * Must be able to travel between projects. * Must be able to perform shiftwork, including nights and weekends. * Must be able to work long shifts and extended hours. *About Us* *Our People* At Green Infrastructure Partners (GIP), our people are second to none.
