We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Dental Receptionist. As the first point of contact for our dental office, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our front desk. If you have 5 years experience working in a dental office and possess excellent communication skills, we encourage you to apply. Tracker experience required. ```Responsibilities``` - Greet and welcome patients as they arrive at the dental office - Answer phone calls and respond to inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff member - Schedule appointments and manage the dental office's calendar - Verify insurance coverage and assist patients with insurance-related questions - Collect patient information and update electronic medical records using Tracker software - Process payments and maintain accurate financial records - Coordinate with dental hygienists, assistants, and dentists to ensure efficient patient flow - Maintain a clean and organized front desk area ```Requirements``` - Previous experience working as a dental receptionist and/or CDA experience - Proficiency in using dental office software Tracker - Familiarity with phone systems and ability to handle multiple calls simultaneously - Strong organizational skills with attention to detail - Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Join our team as a Dental Receptionist and contribute to providing exceptional dental care to our patients.
