```Duties``` - Provide comprehensive primary care services to patients of all ages, including infants, children, adolescents, adults, and seniors - Maintain accurate and up-to-date medical records using electronic health record systems (Avaros) Opportunity to take over well established family practice from retiring physician. Work in a modern and well equipped clinic. No investment required. The Centre is operated by a Community Board who employ the support staff, manage and maintain the facility and manage the operating budget for the practice. Well staffed clinic with two physicians, one nurse practitioner, one clinic nurse and two office assistants. Clinic is part of a three clinic Family Health Organization (FHO) and affiliated with a local Family Health Team (FHT) providing priority access to additional allied healthcare providers. Centrally located between Montreal and Toronto just off the 401 corridor and just north of the Thousand Islands Bridge to the USA. The clinic is 30 minutes to Brockville, 45 minutes to Kingston, 90 minutes to Ottawa and located in the heart of the beautiful Thousand Islands area.
