At Richardson, we are committed to enhancing our facilities and services and investing in our people and our communities. We are currently seeking an Engineering Project Manager and an Engineering Project Supervisor to join our Engineering Services group located at our Winnipeg Head Office. These positions are responsible for the successful management and overall execution of various construction, expansion and / or process improvement projects, based on the corporation’s business development strategy and Capital Expenditures plan. Responsibilities:Manage budgeting and scope planning for capital and process improvement projectsPrepare, review, and distribute comprehensive bid packages for vendorsReview and provide feedback on detailed process flows / drawings, control system schematics, equipment selection processes and site plans using complex tools (i.e. AutoCAD, Bluebeam, 3D models, etc.);Maintain a database of vendors, evaluating work quality, safety, and budgetNegotiate contracts with vendors and recommend contract awardsEnsure effective planning, compliance, execution, commissioning, and training for projectsDraft operating procedures to ensure safe and efficient operations of new or upgraded equipmentSupervise vendors during projects to ensure compliance and review technical documents and schematicsLead regular meetings with contractors, vendors, and stakeholders to monitor project status and ensure budget adherence Qualifications:P.Eng (Professional Engineer) or equivalent in mechanical engineering with a minimum 3-5 years’ of project management experienceRegistered or eligible for registration with an applicable professional body in a mechanical, structural or other relevant discipline (i.e. P.
