<h3>Job Description</h3><div>Job Description<div><p>We are seeking a <strong>OneStream Senior Consultant </strong>to join our team! You will be responsible for requirements gathering, design, build, testing, and deployment of business solutions on the OneStream XF platform for specific client implementation projects.</p><p><strong>Responsibilities</strong></p><ul><li>Develop and communicate specifications for various applications elements (metadata, mappings, rules, reporting, etc.) in conjunction with the Project Architect to the Technical Delivery team resources with design support from more senior resources as required</li><li>Design and complete tests and coordinate testing with Technical Team resources and clients</li><li>Build/enhance application elements as required based on aptitude and experience</li><li>Support team members as requested during application/system design, development, and build</li><li>Complete the first draft of the application/system design and documentation with the Project Architect for review by more senior resources (requirements, design, testing, deployment)</li><li>Facilitate various levels of project meetings</li><li>Lead and participate in Business Analysis and Process improvements</li><li>Develop and maintain subject matter expertise in both Ascend's and OneStream's tools, methodologies, and services.</li><li>Continue to learn and apply various functional accounting terms, rules, and processes that are required to effectively communicate with clients on projects</li><li>View new learning opportunities enthusiastically and gather knowledge to improve skills and capabilities.</li></ul><p><strong>Qualifications (Must have)</strong></p><ul><li>Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field, which could include Engineering</li><li>Minimum of 3-5 years experience in OneStream project implementation (or Oracle Hyperion or ESSBASE)</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience working in finance organizations with a focus on accounting and systems</li><li>Minimum of 5 years experience in leading structured projects and/or software package implementations</li><li>Consulting experience, able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced work environment</li><li>Able to independently and creatively problem solve with a strong focus on resourceful thinking and being naturally curious</li><li>Advanced data manipulation skills using Excel, SQL, and Visual Basic</li><li>Strong written and verbal English communication skills</li><li>Ability to prioritize and multi-task</li><li>Ability to delegate and monitor</li><li>A valid passport, driver's license, and insurance</li></ul><p><strong>Nice to have</strong></p><ul><li>OneStream Certifications</li><li>Project Management Designation (e.g. PMP)</li><li>Certified Accountant Designation (e.g. CPA)</li></ul><p><strong>Employee Experience</strong></p><p>At Ascend Partners, we're here to support your ambitions and offer the flexibility to balance your work with your personal priorities.</p><ul><li>Vacation, Flexible Statutory Holidays, Health & Wellness Days</li><li>Learning Allowance</li><li>RRSP matching program</li><li>An inclusive and collaborative culture</li><li>Flexible working-home/hybrid/in-office working available</li><li>A competitive reward and benefits package</li></ul><p>Join Ascend for a balanced, fulfilling career where your ambitions are valued and your potential is maximized.</p></div>Company Description<div>Ascend Partners, a trusted advisor in Enterprise Performance Management (EPM) consulting, proudly serves our clients globally from our Canadian headquarters in Toronto, ON, and our US headquarters in Philadelphia, PA.
