*Job Summary:* We are seeking a dedicated and hardworking Cleaner to join our team! In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness in the homes of our clients, ensuring a safe and comfortable environment. You will work closely with our caregivers and other staff to meet the cleanliness standards that reflect our commitment to quality care. *Key Responsibilities:* * Perform general cleaning duties, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing various areas of clients? homes. * Clean bathrooms, kitchens, living areas, and bedrooms according to established protocols. * Follow specific instructions from clients or caregivers regarding special cleaning needs. * Dispose of trash and recycling in a responsible manner. * Report any maintenance or safety concerns to management. * Adhere to company policies and health & safety guidelines. * Foster a warm, respectful, and professional relationship with clients and staff. * Assist with special cleaning projects as needed. * Ensure that all equipment is properly maintained and stored after use. * Reliable, punctual, and trustworthy. * Ability to lift and move items as needed (light to moderate physical activity). * Willingness to provide background check with vulnerable sector. * Compassionate and caring attitude. * Strong attention to detail with the ability to work independently or as part of a team. * Good time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated timeframes. * Ability to follow instructions and adhere to safety protocols. * A positive attitude and willingness to learn new cleaning techniques or methods. *We Offer:* * A supportive work environment where your contribution is valued. * Opportunities for growth within the company. Job Type: Casual Pay: $16.00-$18.00 per hour Benefits: * Flexible schedule Schedule: * Monday to Friday * Weekends as needed Education: * Secondary School (preferred) Experience: * Cleaning: 2 years (preferred) Language: * English (required) Licence/Certification: * Driver's Licence (required) * First Aid Certification (preferred) Work Location: In person
