*Job Overview* We are seeking a passionate and skilled Baker to join our team. The ideal candidate will have experience in the food industry and a strong commitment to producing high-quality baked goods. As a Baker, you will be responsible for preparing a variety of baked items, ensuring adherence to food safety standards, and delivering exceptional customer service. This position requires creativity, attention to detail, and a love for baking. *Duties* * Prepare and bake a wide range of products including bread, pastries, cakes, and cookies. * Decorate cakes and other baked goods with artistic flair. * Follow recipes accurately to ensure consistency in taste and presentation. * Maintain cleanliness and organization in the kitchen area. * Package finished products for display or sale while ensuring freshness. * Monitor inventory levels of baking supplies and ingredients; assist in ordering as needed. * Adhere to all food safety regulations and guidelines during food preparation and storage. * Provide excellent customer service by interacting with customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries. *Skills* * Proficiency in kitchen operations with experience in baking techniques. * Knowledge of cake decorating methods is highly desirable. * Familiarity with food safety standards and practices within the food industry. * Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently. * Excellent communication skills to interact effectively with team members and customers. * A background in customer service is beneficial for enhancing the customer experience. * Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment while maintaining quality standards.
