The Dispatch/Warehouse coordinator will be responsible for overseeing daily dispatch, and warehouse operations, managing truck maintenance, and ensuring compliance with various regulatory requirements. This role involves managing and hiring outside crews and staff, monitoring driver hours and compliance, ensuring the company's fleet operates safely and efficiently, coordinating repairs, and managing insurance requirements and mandates. This is an in-office position located at 25 Metropolitan Road, Toronto, Ontario, M1R 2T5. Job Description: Ability to interact professionally with all staff, co-workers, and customers Responsible for planning and scheduling for local, international, warehouse activities, & LD/CRB bookings. Responsible for day-to-day operations of outside crews on the road and in the warehouse. Ensure crews understand paperwork and instructions for day activities. Update all records- LocationToronto, ON
