We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Sales Representative to join our team. *Responsibilities*
* Develop and maintain relationships with existing clients while actively seeking new business opportunities.
* Conduct market research to identify potential clients and understand industry trends.
* Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
* Utilize softwares to track sales activities, manage leads, and report on performance metrics.
* Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery and address client needs.
* Provide exceptional customer service by responding promptly to inquiries and resolving any issues that may arise.
* Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to achieve mutually beneficial agreements.
* Stay updated on product knowledge and market developments to effectively communicate value propositions to clients.
*Skills*
* Proven experience in account management and outside sales, preferably in technology sales.
* Strong negotiation skills with the ability to influence decision-makers.
* Excellent customer service skills with a focus on building long-term relationships.
* Proficiency in Salesforce or similar CRM software is highly desirable.
* Bilingual in French is a plus, enhancing communication with diverse clientele.
* A solid understanding of market dynamics and the competitive landscape within the industry.
* Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
