*Experienced Security Guard ? Supporting Vulnerable Populations* We are seeking a skilled and compassionate *Security Guard* to join our team in providing safety and support for a critical community program serving vulnerable populations. This is an opportunity to make a meaningful difference while demonstrating professionalism and expertise in a challenging yet rewarding environment. *Responsibilities:* - Ensure the safety and security of staff, clients, and property at a designated site. - Perform regular patrols and monitor activities to maintain a secure environment. - Respond promptly and effectively to incidents, de-escalating situations as needed. - Enforce policies and procedures to protect clients and maintain order. - Collaborate with on-site staff and emergency services when necessary. *Qualifications:* - Minimum of 2 years of security experience, preferably in environments serving vulnerable populations. - Valid Ontario Security Guard License. - Strong conflict resolution and de-escalation skills. - Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities. - Reliable, professional, and able to handle sensitive situations with discretion and care. *Schedule:* This is a *24/7 coverage role*, with shifts available for days, evenings, nights, weekends, and holidays.
