We pride ourselves on creating a compassionate and collaborative environment for both our patients and staff. *Position Overview:* Vivo Cura Health is seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Nurse Practitioner to join our team as a Spine Assessment Specialist. The successful candidate will work autonomously and carry a clinical caseload performing thorough spine assessments and developing personalized treatment plans for our patients while enjoying the benefits of being supported by a team of physiatrists, nurses and physiotherapists. *Key Responsibilities:* * Conduct detailed spine assessments, including patient history, physical examinations, and diagnostic evaluations. * Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized treatment plans. * Assist in interpreting diagnostic imaging and other tests to support accurate diagnosis and treatment recommendations. * Provide patient education on spine conditions, treatment options, and preventive measures. * Monitor patient progress, adjust treatment plans as necessary, and ensure continuity of care. * Perform follow-up assessments to evaluate treatment efficacy and patient satisfaction. * Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient interactions, assessments, and treatment plans in the electronic medical record (EMR) system. * Participate in team meetings and case discussions to contribute to the ongoing improvement of spine care services at Vivo Cura Health. * Stay current with the latest advancements in spine care and integrate evidence-based practices into patient care. *Educational and Professional Requirements:* * Master?s degree in Nursing or equivalent, with completion of a recognized Nurse Practitioner Program. * Active registration and practice permit with the College of Registered Nurses of Alberta (CRNA) as an NP.
