We are looking to add a Physiotherapy assistant position at our Capilano location and only looking for long term permanent employees. (no summer students etc.) Job Duties Include: -Setting patients up on various treatment modalities (TENS, IFC, heat/ice, traction) -Performing therapeutic ultrasounds -Preparing and cleaning treatment beds between patients -Basic laundry, cleaning, and equipment inventory tasks -Assisting the physiotherapist and working in a fast paced team environment with other PTA's -Getting to know our awesome patients, making their comfort a priority, and treating each one like family! *Previous experience as a Server is highly valuable in this role, as it demonstrates the ability to excel in fast paced environments while delivering exceptional customer service. The skills gained as a Server, such as meeting high expectations for customer satisfaction and handling multiple tasks under pressure, are directly transferable and essential for success in this position. * Hours are : Monday to Friday, 34- 40 hours a week, with a mix of morning and evening shifts.
