Position #: 087795 Expected Start Date: January 06, 2025 Union: HSAS Facility: Weyburn Community Health Services Building City/Town: Weyburn Department: Public Health Inspection Type: Full-time temporary Expected Up to Date: June 30, 2025 FTE: 1 Shift Information: Days Hours of Work: 224 hours per 6 weeks Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: Yes Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Public Health Inspector - Degree $38.137 to $46.554 Travel Required: Yes Job Description: The Public Health Inspector assists in the planning and delivery of public health inspection services. Public Health Inspectors are required to exercise considerable independent judgment in the course of a diverse program delivery. Program aspects include extensive legislation application and enforcement; health hazard assessment and abatement, communicable disease prevention and investigation, health promotion and education.
