Position #: 159477 Expected Start Date: December 27, 2024 Union: HSAS Facility: Biggar & District Health Centre City/Town: Biggar Department: Ambulance - Land Type: Part-time regular FTE: 0.75 Shift Information: Days, Nights, Evenings, Weekends, Standby Hours of Work: 168.00 hours per 6 week rotationScheduled hours of work may be reduced during the rotation stipulated when a statutory holiday is recognized during that period Relief: No Float: No Field Hours: No Salary or Pay Band: Pay Band Emergency Medical Technician Ambulance $32.302 to $39.497 Travel Required: No Job Description: The EMT will respond to calls for service as per dispatch instructions, providing assessment, treatment and transportation of ill or injured persons. The EMT will cover standby assignment, as operations require.
