Bartender - Fine Dining About us: Playground is an internationally renowned gaming destination located a short 15-minute drive south of downtown Montreal, within the Mohawk territory of Kahnawake. We are currently expanding, unveiling new gaming floors, a luxurious hotel, and specialized dining options. Position Overview: As a Bartender in a fine dining environment, your role is to provide outstanding service, ensuring utmost customer satisfaction. Your responsibilities include mastering our drink menu, crafting both alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages, processing payments, and efficiently managing bar inventory. Maintaining a clean and well-organized bar area and accurately balancing cash at the end of each shift are essential aspects of your role.
