Role overview : The Quality Assurance Technician is a technical leader within our bakery teams and is responsible for supporting the Quality Assurance Manager in all tasks related to the quality assurance system. This position is critical to maintaining our culture of food safety as well as promoting commitment to the quality of our products. In order to perform well in this role, it is important to have a certain flexibility in terms of working hours, to enjoy working in a stimulating environment and to know how to prioritize product quality at all times.
