Consolidated Gypsum Supply Ltd. is an Alberta based building supply distribution company serving builders and contractors in Western Canada. We are currently recruiting for a Branch Administrator to join our team at our busy Edmonton - West location. The Branch Administrator is responsible for the following duties:Process branch paperwork (packing slip, invoicing, etc.) Review and correct costing of all inventory POs and transfers Monitor and data entry of warehouse and delivery damages, as well as sales promotion items on a weekly basis and month end Monitor and investigate inventory discrepancies File customer invoices, packing slips, transfers, supplier returns and adjustment batches Conduct regular inventory cycle counts along with Branch/Ops Manager Order branch stationery and supplies Maintain accuracy of company forms- LocationEdmonton, AB
