Act as lead Project Manager for all assigned projects, including managing a team of Designers and Drafters. Ensure seamless coordination among the internal and external project teams. Assume the role of Contract Administrator for designated projects as needed. Ensure assigned projects are delivered on time and on budget, while preparing/reviewing any change orders and contract amendments. Address technical and financial inquiries related to projects. Liaise with external consultants and vendors to facilitate project delivery. Your Qualifications 5+ years of electrical engineering project management experience within the electrical building services industry. Registered P.Eng. designation is preferred. However, a senior C.E.T. with commensurate experience and skills will be considered. Thorough understanding of relevant local building Codes and Standards. Experience in any of the following building types: Commercial, Healthcare, Schools, Light Industrial buildings such as Warehouses/Fabrication Shops/Distribution Centres, or Multi-Family Residential. Proficiency in project procurement methodologies. Ability to navigate complex environments with multiple projects and clients. Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, evidenced through client and staff interactions. Experience collaborating with external consultants and contractors on major projects. LEED certification or experience with sustainable design is considered a plus.
