*\*\*MUST HAVE A VALID CANADIAN DRIVERS LICENSE G2 OR G\*\** *Overview* We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and organization in residential spaces, ensuring that each home is left in pristine condition. This role requires a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a commitment to providing excellent service to our clients. *Responsibilities* * Perform thorough cleaning of assigned residential areas, including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing surfaces. * Preparing and loading cleaning products and equipment into a vehicle. * Provide an exceptional service in customers? homes performing different cleaning activities, e.g. cleaning, dusting, vacuuming, sanitizing, etc. * Moving reasonably light furniture in rooms to clean under and behind * Operating a company car or personal motor vehicle to transport team members, materials, and cleaning supplies to each home (where necessary) * Taking pride and being passionate about the work you do * Communicate effectively with clients to understand their specific cleaning needs and preferences. * Report any maintenance issues or safety concerns observed during cleaning tasks. * Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing cleaning duties. *Skills* * Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions meticulously. * Excellent time management skills to efficiently complete tasks within designated time frames. * Ability to work independently as well as part of a team when required. * Good physical stamina and ability to perform tasks that require standing, bending, and lifting. * Previous experience in housekeeping or cleaning services is preferred but not mandatory. * Strong communication skills for effective interaction with clients and team members. *REQUIREMENTS:* * A valid driver's license *CLASS G2 OR G*, clean driving record (reliable car is an asset but NOT Required) * Clean police record and strong references * Strong communication, interpersonal, customer service, and time management skills * Ability to lift and carry 25 lbs. of equipment * Ability to withstand regular physical contact with dog and cat hair, mold, dust, mildew, and cleaning solutions * Ability to drive to and from various job sites Join us in creating clean and welcoming environments for our clients!
