Only positive and friendly candidates need apply. *Hours: *8:00 a.m. ? 4:30 p.m. (40 hours week/5 days, Monday ? Friday) *Job Description:* * Assist the Operations Manager in planning, organizing, and supervising production activities to meet company objectives. * Oversee and coordinate the work of operational staff, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and on time. * Identify and implement strategies to enhance operational efficiency and effectiveness. * Ensure that all products meet quality standards and address any issues promptly. * Handle customer inquiries, providing product information, pricing, and quotes. * Manage completion timelines with staff and customers * Coordinate with various departments to fulfill customer orders and requests. * Process incoming orders using Sage Business Vision. * Build and maintain relationships with existing customers. * Provide excellent customer service and product knowledge. *Profile:* * 2 years of related experience * Strong leadership and communication skills. * Proficiency in MS Office and production management software. * Supervisory experience, strong leadership qualities * Exemplary Communication and Written English skill * Excellent organizational, time management and multitasking skills * Adaptability, flexibility are required for this position as well as advanced critical thinking skills We are an equal opportunity employer.
