Engineering and science - Partially remote - Based in the Montreal area, this is a full-time role for a Field Service Manager at Grid Technical Solutions. The role involves overseeing field service operations, managing service technicians, ensuring quality service delivery, and collaborating with internal teams. Some remote work is acceptable. Report to the Director of Canadian Field Services, this position will maintain current clients through project management and field service activities, manage technicians on existing projects, and develop new clients using existing contacts and building new relationships to expand our brand in the Quebec region. Qualifications- Bilingual English / French- Willing to work with tools and test electrical test equipment- Field service management, operations management, and team leadership skills- High / medium / low voltage testing experience- Knowledge of electrical power systems and industry standards- Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills- Ability to work independently and collaboratively- Experience with customer relationship management- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and data analysis tools- Technical degree or certification in electrical engineering or related field- NETA certification is an asset- LocationTerrebonne, QC
