*Overview* We are seeking a highly skilled Finance Manager to oversee our financial operations and ensure the integrity of our financial reporting. This role requires a strategic thinker with a strong background in corporate finance, risk management, and budgeting. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing accounts receivable and accounts payable, conducting account reconciliations, and providing valuable insights through risk analysis. OMVIC LICENSE REQUIRED. *Responsibilities* * Manage the overall financial health of the organization by overseeing budgeting processes and ensuring accurate financial forecasting. * Supervise accounts receivable and accounts payable functions to maintain timely billing and collection processes. * Conduct thorough account reconciliations to ensure accuracy in financial reporting. * Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities for investment. * Develop and implement risk management strategies to mitigate potential financial losses. * Collaborate with other departments to provide financial insights that support strategic decision-making. * Prepare detailed reports for senior management on financial performance and projections. * Ensure compliance with all relevant financial regulations and standards. *Experience* * Bachelor?s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field; Master?s degree or professional certification (e.g., CFA, CPA) is preferred. * Proven experience in corporate finance, with a strong understanding of risk analysis and management. * Demonstrated expertise in budgeting processes and account reconciliation practices. * Familiarity with financial services industry standards and regulations. * Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data effectively. * Excellent communication skills to present findings clearly to stakeholders at all levels. * Proficiency in accounting software and Microsoft Excel is essential.
