*About the Role*
As an Investment and Insurance Advisor at Monarch Wealth System Inc., you will play a vital role in helping clients achieve financial security and long-term growth. You will work closely with individuals and businesses to understand their financial needs, develop customized strategies, and provide expert guidance on investments, wealth management, and insurance products.
*Key Responsibilities*
* Build and maintain strong client relationships through personalized financial planning and regular communication.
* Assess clients' financial situations, goals, and risk tolerance to recommend tailored investment and insurance solutions.
* Provide expert advice on a wide range of products, including mutual funds, retirement savings plans, life insurance, and more.
* Conduct financial reviews and develop comprehensive strategies to help clients achieve their short- and long-term objectives.
* Stay informed about market trends, financial products, and regulatory changes to provide up-to-date advice.
* Identify new business opportunities through networking, referrals, and community involvement.
* Ensure compliance with industry standards and company policies in all client interactions.
* Collaborate with internal teams to deliver exceptional client service and meet performance targets.
*Qualifications*
* A post-secondary degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field.
* Certification or licensing in financial advising (e.g., CSC, PFP, CFP, LLQP, CIMor other relevant credentials).
* Strong knowledge of investment products, insurance solutions, and financial planning principles.
* Proven experience in a similar role within the financial services industry is an asset.
* Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a client-focused mindset.
* Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
* Proficiency in financial planning software and Microsoft Office Suite.
