*Job Summary* We are seeking a Part time Registered Dental Assistant to join our team for Wednesdays and Thursdays from 10am to 6pm and every second Friday of the month from 8am to 4pm with potential of additional days when needed. The ideal candidate will assist dentists during procedures when required and perform various patient care, office, sterilization and laboratory duties. Offering competitive wages and uniforms. Free onsite parking. *Responsibilities* - Prepare patients for dental work - Sterilize dental instruments, prepare operatories - Hand instruments to dentists during procedures - Instruct patients on proper dental hygiene - Maintain accurate patient records - Schedule patient appointments - Assist with dental X-rays and lab tasks \_children cleanings *Requirements* - Certification in Dental Assisting - Knowledge of dental procedures and terminology - Familiarity with Dentrix an asset - Experience in sterilization - Strong communication and organizational skills Job Type: Part-time Benefits: * Dental care * On-site parking Schedule: * Day shift Experience: * Dental Assisting: 1 year (required) Licence/Certification: * Certified Dental Assistant (required) Work Location: In person- LocationCalgary, AB
