*Job Overview* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrician to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electrical systems and be proficient in both low voltage and industrial electrical work. This role requires expertise in reading blueprints and schematics, as well as hands-on experience with various hand and power tools. The Electrician will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and repairing electrical systems to ensure safe and efficient operation. *Duties* * Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in residential, commercial, and industrial settings. * Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and technical drawings to determine the layout of electrical systems. * Utilize hand tools and power tools effectively to complete electrical installations and repairs. * Troubleshoot electrical issues using logic controllers and other diagnostic tools. * Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety regulations during all work performed. * Collaborate with other tradespeople as needed to complete projects efficiently. * Conduct routine inspections of electrical systems to identify potential issues before they become major problems. *Qualifications* * Proven experience as an Electrician or in a similar role within the construction or maintenance industry. * Strong knowledge of electrical systems, including low voltage applications. * Proficient in reading blueprints and schematics related to electrical installations. * Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety practices associated with electrical work. * Ability to troubleshoot complex electrical issues using logical reasoning skills. * Experience working as an industrial electrician is a plus. * A maintenance person background is beneficial for general maintenance tasks related to the role.
