This role involves overseeing the development and enhancement of the system, ensuring its reliability and scalability. The Manager will be responsible for integrating and maintaining Dayforce, collaborating with various departments to meet business needs, and providing leadership and technical guidance to the team. The ideal candidate will have strong management skills, a deep understanding of Time and Attendance systems, and excellent communication abilities. Join us to drive innovation and efficiency in our workforce management solutions!</span></span></p> <p><span><span>This position will be reporting to Director, Digital Development & Solution Architecture - Corporate</span></span></p> <p><span><span><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span><span>Lead and manage the application development and maintenance team for the Time and Attendance Management System.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Oversee the design, development, and implementation of new features and enhancements to improve system functionality and user experience.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure the system?s reliability, performance, and scalability to support the growing needs of the organization.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including HR, IT, and operations, to gather requirements and deliver solutions that meet business needs.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Manage the integration and maintenance of Dayforce as the primary Time and Attendance system, ensuring seamless data flow and system interoperability.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Provide technical guidance and mentorship to team members, fostering a culture of continuous learning and improvement.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Monitor and manage project timelines, budgets, and resources, ensuring projects are delivered on time and within budget.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Conduct regular system audits and performance reviews to identify areas for improvement and implement necessary changes.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure the system remains competitive and aligned with best practices.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation for system processes, updates, and user guides.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Ensure compliance with relevant regulations and standards, including data privacy and security requirements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Coordinate with external vendors and service providers as needed to support system maintenance and enhancements.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status, system performance, and team achievements.</span></span></li> </ul><p><strong>Qualifications</strong></p><ul> <li><span><span>Bachelor?s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in managing application development and maintenance teams, with a strong track record of successful project delivery.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Knowledge of Time and Attendance Management Systems and workforce management principles.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Proficiency in Dayforce, with the ability to configure and optimize the system to meet organizational needs, preferred.</span></span></li> <li><span><span>Excellent management skills, including the ability to prioritize tasks, manage
