Transdev Canada is hiring a temporary Payroll Clerk for HandyDART Vancouver (18-month contract)! Your role Process and produce accurate payroll for over 600 unionized employees. Perform regular data entry and quality review of payroll information in payroll system ADP WorkforceNow. Input new employee details and schedules into ADP systems. Identify and notify managers of potential payroll discrepancies. Prepare and submit payroll corrections for timely entry into ADP. Distribute pay statements to employees. Generate and submit reports for Workers' Compensation Board (WCB) and other regulatory entities. Maintain and update employee records with accuracy and confidentiality. Respond to employee inquiries and resolve payroll-related concerns. Ensure compliance by keeping records and files organized and up to date. Support the team with additional duties as required.
