*Job Summary* We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Framer to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for constructing, restoring, and maintaining structures using various materials and techniques. This role requires a strong understanding of construction principles, proficiency with hand and power tools, and the ability to read blueprints and schematics. The Framer will play a crucial role in ensuring that projects are completed accurately and efficiently. Please note that this is a subcontract position. Successful candidate with require own GST number. *Duties* * Construct frameworks for buildings, including walls, roofs, and floors, using wood or metal materials. * Restore existing structures by repairing or replacing damaged components. * Utilize hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble materials according to project specifications. * Read and interpret blueprints and schematics to ensure accurate construction processes. * Perform heavy lifting as necessary to move materials and complete framing tasks. * Collaborate with other team members to ensure project timelines are met while maintaining high-quality standards. * Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times on the job site. *Qualifications* * Proven experience in framing or a related field is preferred. * Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools effectively. * Familiarity with blueprint reading and understanding of schematics is essential. * Physical stamina to perform heavy lifting and stand for extended periods. * Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to quality workmanship. * Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.
