We are looking for a dedicated Assistant Manager.
In line with our business needs, we are hiring an *Assistant Manager* to collaboratively or independently oversee the daily operations of the restaurant, ensuring quality service, efficient management, and an enjoyable dining experience for all guests.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
· Plan, organize, and Supervise restaurant functions and coordinating day-to-day activities, ensuring smooth operations from food prep to customer service.
· Research industry trend to update menu regularly and develop holiday or customized menu or services for catering requests
· Monitor restaurant foot traffic, sales performance, and customer feedback to make corresponding adjustments to the menu and services.
· Set staff shifts and work schedules and monitor staff performance.
· Implement effective procedures to manage stock levels, monitor revenues, control waste and expenses.
· Review contracts with vendors and suppliers, negotiate terms and prices, resolve arising issues related to products quality or logistics.
· Monitor the implementation of safety and hygiene polices, ensuring all standards are strictly followed.
· Addressing customer feedback and ensuring positive guest experiences.
· coordinate the hiring and training of team members, preparing staff for their roles and fostering a supportive environment.
· Prepare documents and reports for management.
· Represent restaurant to communicate with health authorities, municipal or other community organizations in various events.
Skills & Qualifications
· Minimum a college diploma or related training program? preferably in food service or hospitality industry.
· Minimum 1 year experience in Supervising the food service or hospitality or other customer service field
· Passion about this industry and dedication to customer satisfaction
· Knowledge of food hygiene, health regulations, inventory control is an asset
· Reliability and willingness to commit a long-term employment are highly valued
· Leadership mindset and wish to grow with business
· Strong communication skills
· Organization skills
