*Overview* We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. The ideal candidate will possess a strong clinical background and a commitment to providing high-quality patient care in various settings, including hospitals, nursing homes, and assisted living facilities. As a Registered Nurse, you will play a crucial role in patient assessment, care planning, and the implementation of treatment protocols. *Duties* * Conduct comprehensive patient assessments and develop individualized care plans. * Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. * Monitor patient progress and respond to changes in condition. * Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes. * Provide education and support to patients and their families regarding health management. * Perform phlebotomy and laboratory tests as required. * Manage pain effectively through appropriate interventions. * Maintain accurate documentation of patient care activities in electronic health records (Epic). * Participate in case management for patients requiring ongoing care coordination. * Ensure adherence to safety protocols and infection control measures. *Skills* * Proficiency in using electronic health record systems, particularly Epic. * Experience in assisted living environments or nursing homes is preferred. * Strong case management skills with an emphasis on patient-centered care. * Knowledge of pain management techniques and pediatric care practices. * Ability to perform laboratory procedures and phlebotomize patients effectively. * Excellent communication skills for effective collaboration with healthcare teams and patient education. * Strong critical thinking skills to assess situations and make informed decisions quickly. * Compassionate demeanor with a focus on delivering empathetic patient care.
